Remodel Stairs and Media/Bar Area

I have a 3D render and CAD Files that won a contest on CAD Crowd that we love. We have a few more details to finish on the REAR & FRONT.

I'm remodeling my 600 sq foot backyard barn-style workshop. It has insulation, electricity, doors and windows already, but need to run water and sewer from our main house. We are looking to turn it into a 1 bedroom/1 bathroom place and have no idea where to start or how to design, so we're looking for some ideas through this contest! I already have a blender 3d model and animated video. I need three things 1. Re-render the animation in 8K or 4K 2. Replace the eyeball object (see attachment of what I want animated instead) 3. Edit the video to look more professional like a product launch trailer.

Good evening, I would like my design, which I have worked on to some extent, to be finalized correctly in 3D with proper materials, thickness, and supports. Specifically: • I want the elements to have correct thicknesses resembling hollow structural sections (HSS). • Proper supports should be added between the materials to clearly distinguish the beams from the columns in my construction. For the square frames, I would like them to include solar-protective glass. The main base column, representing the tree trunk, should be made of polished aluminum, while the main branches of the tree should be wooden. The large frame surrounding the structure should also be made of wood.
