Hello my name is Jason I have 17 years experience as a project manager/auto cad technician/3D designer. I have a lot of experience creating production blueprints, floor plans, elevations, as well drawings for CNC production. I also have the ability to create 3D photo realistic drawings. I have worked for seven years in the exhibit industry. This allowed me to work with some of the newest and greatest material available. Such as paper stone and bamboo plywood. I also worked for two years as the main drafting /engineer/project manager at a millwork shop that produced all of the interior decor to four restaurants. I have worked for two exhibit companies as a project manager/auto cad technician. The exhibit industry is always looking to use the latest and greatest materials. Designing and building booths for tradeshows always makes you think outside the box. Not only did we design and create 3D renderings of the booths we also created all the production plans required to build and assemble. After the exhibit industry I worked as a project manager/auto cad technician/designer, at a millwork/interior decor company. Here I have a lot of freedom to think outside the box as well. I created drafting and drawing standards at the facility that are still in place today. At this company I would take architectural drawings and turn them into 3D renderings as well as construction documents.

We can start from scratch, combine ideas from many plans, or base off an existing plan. My goal is to take your thoughts and ideas and put them to work to come up with a floor plan focusing on square footage, flow of the plan, your living habits, and any lot restrictions. The final set of plans will include: - floor plan - exterior elevations - electrical plan - roof plan - rough plumbing/form layout - any necessary interior details/elevations - site plan (if required) The entire design process typically takes from 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the size and complexity of the house and your availability for modification meetings/emails/phone calls. Using these plans you will be able to build the house and submit for permitting and engineering (framing and froundation). Get the design services comparable to a large company or architect at half the cost. I charge $1.25 per total covered square foot. I look forward helping you and your family design your dream home.
