I was recently working at Nephron pharmaceuticals as the Director of Engineering. Our teams main focus was design, fabrication, development of new machinery, product development studies, on the line support, fixing automation challenges and anything to keep production operating smoothly. I was responsible for the Engineering Department at Nephron pharmaceuticals managing the teams, all automation and machinery at Nephron, including BFS (Blow fill seal), secondary packaging machines, automation integration, medical device manufacturing and cleanroom machines. I have developed many products including 5 of my own patents. One of which has sold over 30,000 units in the last few years. I graduated with my MS degree in Aerospace Engineering in 2020. My research topic was “The Design and Control of an Arrayed Infrared (MAT-IR) Heater for Accurate Heating Control During Automated Fiber Placement”.
