   Working on Engineer Nesting software (SigmaNest , SolidX , Tekla nesting , Nesting fab and other similar softwares).
   Prepare cutting plan and nesting to specify the quantity, length and tonnage from each profile to manage purchasing material from suppliers as availability of market if it will purchase
   Prepare cutting layouts for workshops machinery (CNC, Semi-Automatic , Shears, Cutting desks, …etc).
   Responsible for material take off
   Prepare the purchase request with the minimum waste of profiles to decrease the scraps
   Release purchase requests and follow up on purchase orders
   Try to secure material from free stock and making shipment if needed
   Checking approval to sure that material available and if there is shortage, we can secure it by making local PR or shipment or secure from free stock
   Suggest surrogate plans in order to reduce scraps and remnants to 0%.
   Estimate the required project materials quantities.
   Coordinate project priorities with production and warehouse departments.
   Create coding system for remnants
