  Conducted thorough feasibility studies and risk assessments (DFMEA) to identify potential challenges with new part fire test worthiness and mitigate them during tooling process
  Designed and implemented novel 3D printed tooling solutions to reduce cost and time by replacing use of eutectic salt molds; 15+ parts now employ this new tooling standard on weekly basis
  Led 4 teams in transition of 15 different prototypes from conception to full production utilizing exceptional communication skills to achieve a 75% first pass yield rate, improving to
  90% over life cycle
