• Jig and Fixture Designer saipa · Part-time Jun 2024 – Present 11 mos undefined, Iran Design expert in the design and manufacturing department of Saipa Automotive Company
  Design of jigs and fixtures and automation of production lines as follows:
  • Design of side fixture, engine compartment fixture, wheelhouse fixture, rear and front floor fixture of Pride car.
  • Design of checking fixtures for side doors, wheel house, frame front side and dash panel of Pride car.
  • Design of CMM STAND back door, bonnet , the underbody of Pride car.
  • Design of fixture and production mechanism of Pride car front seat.
  • Design of front-seat control tools of Pride
  • Design of main fixture, wheelhouse fixture, rear floor fixture, front floor fixture of the Tiba car.
  • Design of control fixtures for side , doors, underbody (rear floor, front floor and engine compartment) and Chassis head of Tiba car.
  • Design of CMM STAND of back door, front bumper, rear bumper and underbody of Tiba car.
  • Design of gauging (headlight, taillight, seat, and dashboard panel) of Tiba car.
  • Design of fittings control for (windshield, rear window and trunk lid) Tiba car.
