My name is Andrey Chernikov.
I have been designing assembly and welding lines for over 7 years. I will introduce a team of design engineers working since 2006. We work in Catia v5.
During this time, we have successfully completed many projects for leading automakers. We have worked with Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Lancia, Ferrari, Maserati, Iveco, Peugeot, Renault, Volkswagen, Audi, Mercedes Benz, BMW, Rolls Royce, Aston Martin, Tesla and others.
We have created projects for companies such as Comau, O.L.C.I., Kuka, G-Engeneering, ABB, CAM, Roboteco.
Our main focus is automotive manufacturing, but we have also had successful projects in the shipbuilding and aerospace industries.
We can create a 3D model and a full set of drawings for a car body assembly and welding station from scratch. That is, we receive from the client 3D models of elements, coordinates of welding points and models of welding tongs, as a result we transfer drawings according to the client's standards.
Currently, I can provide about 200 working hours per week.
We have extensive experience in a narrow specialty - welding lines, but we are also open to other large and interesting projects.
