I work across the full product development cycle — from early concept and packaging studies, through detailed CAD, Class-A surfacing, CFD-driven refinement, and manufacturing-ready deliverables. My designs are created with real-world constraints in mind: tooling, tolerances, materials, assembly, and long-term product durability.
Alongside aerospace and UAV platforms, I regularly design premium mechanical products such as consumer electronics housings, electromechanical devices, and precision-machined parts. These projects demand the same discipline found in automotive and aerospace programs: clean surface continuity, controlled part splits, structural integrity, and reliable production workflows.
I also have experience supporting large automotive programs, contributing Class-A surfaces, complex part geometry, and supplier-ready CAD, which brings a high level of surface quality and manufacturing discipline into everything I design.
Clients typically work with me when they need more than a CAD model — they need a design that holds up through prototyping, testing, and production, whether for a high-end consumer product, a startup hardware platform, or a technically demanding mechanical system.

- 3D senior modeller Volvo trucks · Freelance Aug 2022 – Present 3 yrs 5 mos Gothenburg, Västra Götaland County, Sweden Working on the project of the new FH/FM flagship model of Volvo trucks in the areas of interior design, I contributed my skills to achieving top results in design and 3D modeling. Using polygonal modeling tools Blender, then Class A Alias and procedural programming Rhino Grasshopper, I contributed to the development and modeling of most components of the interior design. From the concept phase to the final realization, I was involved in all levels of development, giving my contribution to the final result. The intensive use of previous knowledge and experiences from the German auto industry gave me more confidence in my abilities, which I justified with excellent results.
