American chopper

In this project an American chopper is designed using SolidWorks. The chopper consists of different components such as: • TRANSMISSION BELT AND CHAIN • CHASSIS • ENGINE • PEDAL • KICKSTAND • FUEL TANK • OIL TANK • FRONT FORK • FRONT WHEEL • FRONT FENDER • REAR WHEEL • REAR FENDER These components designed separately in different part files by making use of different features of SolidWorks such as sketches, extrudes, cut extrudes, revolve cuts, lofts, circular patterns, reference planes, etc. followed by definition of material for each component. After modeling of each component, each part is brought to one assembly file and then assembled by providing required constraints or mates relation to each component in assembly environment of the SolidWorks.
