This cable guide is designed to manage a cable carrying brain signals from a rat running on a straight track. The cable passes through a collet that can freely spin within a roller bearing. The guide rides along two half-inch steel guide rails using adjustable plastic roller bearings. It was fabricated from 3D-printed materials and standard hardware.
