Static strength and a buckling resistance analysis of the canopy made of a metal profile measuring 40x15 meters are performed. An analysis is made taking into account the maximum snow load that is typical for the location region.
The analysis is carried out in 2 stages:
In the first one, construction is made from beam elements. In this case, maximal deflection and general strength were determined.
In the second stage, sub-modeling of the most loaded structure node was performed. Sub-modeling is done with volumetric finite elements. This made it possible to evaluate the strength of joints and welds.
