Cargo bike

This project required a simple cargo bike frame to test the concept and find flaws. The company this project was made for makes equipment for carrying dogs and pets along with you on a bicycle, so that neither of them can get bored while you ride the hills and rivers! The project used fairly common standard round tubes of constant thickness to reduce the cost and complexity of manufacturing. During the development process, several nonlinear static stress studies were carried out to ensure that the selected thickness and material would withstand the loads during even the least careful urban use.
