Small commercial working construction document set for an existing restroom facility that needed to be updated to ADA compliance, I created it using Sketchup Pro and Layout it includes a:

Site Plan
Demolition Plan
Proposed Floorplan
Reflected Ceiling Plan
Floor Finish Plan

Everything I designed is ADA and IBC code compliant
