Cyclopes Shelf attachment for 3D printer

An over-engineered swing-away shelf assembly for an Eibos Cyclopes filament dryer to fit above my printer.
This allows me to print straight out of the dryer "required with some materials"

The design utilizes the spool holder spindle for the filament guides and for rear supports to pivot on, while the legs nest on the printer's shroud - holding it high enough to still put the cover on the printer "needed with some materials" and still use the dryer.

The photos are from the original design, and the render is the current update. After 1½ years of good use. I'm re-printing the legs with the added support points and rear supports out of cf12 for extra strength "and peace of mind ☺"

  • I Love 3D printing - need something, take measurements, model it up and a few hours later you have in your hands… "mounted to the printer"
