Development of an exact copy of the spiral housing of the centrifugal pump WARMAN 100E-MP. There was a worn full-scale sample of the pump casing. Based on this sample, a 3D model and drawings were developed. The work was done for the customer in Russia. For measurements, the following were used: bench table, simple locksmith rulers for measurements, measuring calipers, and end measuring measures. Also for the preliminary construction of the spiral, I used the drawing machine REISS Robotron. Then I made a selection of a spiral, an analysis, the construction of a body model in SolidWorks. Other fashionable electronic stuff was not.
