Filter processing Unit

Removing particles, whether visible or sub-micron sized, is a key step in protecting the quality of your entire process. Two places for targeting the removal of particles are at the introduction of raw ingredients, and after the mixer/reactor. Particle filtration and clarification are most often designed to prepare the solution for greater purification, which means that the particle filters are protecting more costly and critical downstream processes, including additional filtration. Though only one filter housing is shown in the schematic, multiple filters may be needed to remove particles or other contaminants and protect process efficiency and product quality.
