Flower Flap Mechanism

I modeled the flowerflapmechanism with the given dimensions and then designed the missing link. The project highlights include: Conducting thorough structural analysis to validate design integrity. Shape optimization for optimal performance and weight reduction. Mass optimization, keeping the component under 30 grams. Achieving a factor of safety of 3 for reliable and durable operation. CNC programmed for efficient manufacturing. Working within the constraints of stock size (63.5mm x 225mm x 8mm) and material (Aluminum 6061 T6 Hot Formed).
