Hinge for Mail Box - Design

1. slow-close hinge action required but doesn't force lid to "stay-open". 2. hinge should operate between -30c and +40c, corrosion resistant, aluminum. 3. Be able to affix to our 1/4" thick aluminum lid with either blind-tapped holes or weld in place (assuming heat from weld doesn't damage hinge). 4. be an elegant solution, requiring minimum manufacturing procedures. 5. Lid is angled down to front at 65 degrees from back of box - hinge needs to operate within full 115 degree range. 6. Hinge can't bump lid into wall or box when open - box will be mounted with 0.5" bump-out from wall 7. be a cost-sensitive solution to help keep overall costs down.
