Client requirements:
- Cast Aluminum alloy IP67 enclosure for IoT device.
- Raspberry Pi 4 compatible.
- Nvidia Jetson Nano compatible.
- GPS, Wi-Fi, camera for computer vision tasks (Raspberry Pi Camera Module e.g.)
Scope of work and my responsibilities:
1. IP67 Enclosure design from scratch according client requirements
2. Using DFM techniques guided by cast aluminum manufacturing capabilities and futher CNC machining
3. Sealing integration to meet IP67 requirements
4. Custom passive cooling system (not fully shown) IP67 version - with no vents.
5. 2D drawings
6. Final product renders and video animation.
