Lower Ground Floor improvement at Baguio City, Philippines

An existing 3storey residential structure at baguio City needs an improvement of the lower ground (Basement) floor beside the machine and equipement area. The lower ground consist on only existing unfinished walls and a rough finished pavement. The client wishes to develop the area to a complete family house connected by a stainless metal stairs trough a proposed cover walk trellis. The proposal is to have a Living Area, dining, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a elegant bathroom with shower. The goal is to provide an elegant design as per the description of the client.
