Press Die

This project involved calculating, designing and projecting Die tool for Press in 3D CAD environment. Die design was based on calculations made for an optimal production of parts, using sheet metal strip as a workpiece.

My responsibilities:

• Adopting dimensions for workpieces based on standard sheet metal tables
• Calculating the degree of efficiency for workpieces and adopting the best scenario
• Designing Die tool for Press
• Projecting design using CAD software
• Creating Technical documentation

• ProEngineer
