The total area of the residence is 475 sq.m. on two stories. but the main usable space of the house is on the entrance floor plan level, about 390 sq.m. With very specific characteristics of the lot, with the narrow front, about 25 m and angled terrain at almost all of its length, it was a real challenge to make a functional and well-organized space within the lots' borders and, at the same time, to meet the clients' needs for a large total area of the house. The architectural style of the house is contemporary with the elements of local tradition. Client - Rogelio Davalos Client's feedback: Goran is a professional in his work, very committed person.
