The goal was to create a cost-effective, easy-to-print, and efficient tool that simplifies assembly. After a customer revision, two versions of this jig were developed to best suit different needs. The design is optimized for standard FDM 3D printers, ensuring smooth printing and minimal material usage while maintaining durability.
