Small scale ball mill
This project involves the process of pulverizing charcoal into powder. It utilizes a cylindrical ball mill equipped with ceramic balls. The cylinder rotates, facilitating the crushing of charcoal into fine powder. This setup can handle up to 20kg of charcoal per cycle, completing the process within 30 minutes of rotation. It is capable of achieving a powder fineness of below 20 microns.
