A replacement part for the Topeak DeFender M2 mudguard, designed for 3D printing (FDM).
Edit: I have adjusted the position of the clutch teeth for a better grip.
Print one left and right side of the link, and join together with two M3 bolts. They are designed around M3x8 countersunk screws but other length M3 hardware will probably work if you cut them to size.
You could just glue the two halves together or not bother joining them at all and it should still work fine.
The printed example is printed in Polycarbonate (Polymax PC) but most other plastics such as PLA should be fine to use.
I recommend at least 1.6 mm shell thickness for printing (or four perimeters with a 0.4mm nozzle).
I have included STEP files and the original FreeCAD file if you wish to modify the design.
