Wheel assembly for an Electric Vehicle

The project entailed the meticulous design and development of the front wheel system for an Electric Vehicle. Extensive research and analysis were conducted to understand the intricate interplay of forces and loads within the steering and suspension systems. Taking into account the specific geometry points of the suspension and steering, the upright (hub) for both the right and left wheels was meticulously designed. To guarantee safety and precision, comprehensive simulations and stress analyses were performed. Direct oversight was maintained throughout the manufacturing process and the assembly of the entire vehicle, working collaboratively with a dedicated team. The project culminated in notable achievements, securing impressive rankings in a prestigious competition involving universities across Egypt. This project exemplifies a harmonious blend of theoretical knowledge, practical expertise, and collaborative teamwork, resulting in a successful implementation of a crucial component within an Electric Vehicle system.
