Remove a payment method from my account

We request that you always maintain a verified payment method if you have live job contracts on the platform. You can update your credit cards or PayPal accounts, but you must choose a primary payment method until all your contracts are closed.

How to remove a payment method

Steps to remove a payment method:

1. Visit your Billing & payments page
2. Click the ••• dropdown
3. Select Remove

How to edit your primary payment option

Steps to change your primary payment option:

1. Visit your Billing & payments page
2. Add a new credit card, PayPal account, or bank account to your account (if needed)
3. Click ••• dropdown > select Set as primary for preferred payment method
4. Click ••• dropdown > select Remove to remove the old payment method (if needed)

📡 To delete your old primary payment method, please choose a new payment method for your account billing. Remember to close all your Job contracts if you want to delete all payment methods from your account.
