How to reply to your job invites
- Go to My job applications
- Select the invitation under Unanswered invites
- Choose Accept or Decline for the pending job invite
- Accept invite: You can accept the client’s proposed job contract or negotiate different contract terms (i.e., rates, timelines, etc.). Additionally, you can chat with a client before submitting your application.
- Decline invite: You can decline the invite and add a message explaining why you refused the job invitation. Refrain from sharing your contact information if you reject a job invite.
Interviews in progress
The client can reply once you’ve accepted an invite or applied for the job. Suppose the client responds to your job application. In that case, your application is converted into an Interview in progress, which creates a group chat for you and the client to discuss the potential work in detail.

- Visit My job applications
- Click an application under Interview in progress
- Write a message > click Send button

Edit or change your application rates & terms
Before accepting a new job contract, you might edit or change the rate for your application. You can update parts of your job application. However, you can update the other fields in your application.
Steps to edit your application:
- Visit My applications
- Scroll down to Your applications > click View application button
- Scroll down > click Edit application button
- Edit your application details > click Submit application button
