You may cancel a contest, however, certain fees and conditions may apply:
- Cancellation fee: If a prepaid contest is canceled within 24-hours of launch, then a refund will be issued with a 20% cancellation fee.
- Accuracy guarantee: If more than 24-hours have passed, then a refund will apply if the accuracy guarantee criteria aren’t met after the contest has ended.
Note: Most contests are successful when you have a full project description, reasonable budget, and 30-day deadline.
