Notes about account suspension:
- Suspension: Suspension may happen when a community member engages in activities that violate our user agreement, which include circumventing service fees, sending spam, posting unoriginal designs (see design originality policy), and engaging in abusive or unprofessional behavior with public user comments.
- Account login: If you can’t log in to your account with your username and password, your account may have been suspended/locked.
