After you send us the reported design, we’ll reach out to the user.
We give the user 24-hours to challenge the report and explain why the design submission doesn’t violate our terms of service.
Please hold off on sending additional messages to our team members for this period (unless additional designs are uploaded by the user in the meantime).
After our investigation, we’ll make a decision about the potential design violation and decide what action to take. Also, we’ll email you with an update about our investigation and whether the potential violation warrants a user account suspension.
