Description:
This is a file of a die that is just too large for some reason. I want to make a mold of dice 10 dice wide and 10 dice tall which would get me 100 dice. I want to pour food grade silicone around it and then use my mold to pour candy dice. I need someone to redraw this die.igs file so that I can get a 3D print mold out of it. Prob save as .igs or dxf
Wants:
The die is to scale. I need to space out the dice in my mold 1/2" apart both x and y
Software:
  1. any cad / cam (any)

Hello Mr. Barnes, I ended up not getting any cad that worked for the 3d print company. They ended up doing the cad themselves.
Thank you very much.

Hello,
I&;d like also to know the final size of the dice.
The dices have to be linked by a pouring net?
What kind of mold do you intend to use (I&;d suggest a mold made up by 2 plates).
Thanks!

Do you want the repaired igs file for the single die or a 10x10 grid of them? If you want 100 dice in one file, should they be connected to each other somehow?

When you say the file is to scale, I&;d better double check with you. Sometimes when I open files like that in SolidWorks the scale gets distorted. When I opened your model, the width of the die is 12.31mm (0.48 inches). Is that correct to what you have?

Well,
Is the file too large or is the die too large?

3D Printing Design | Meet the minimum thinkness on two small parts of my 3D STL file for Shapeways!
I need someone to make a certain part of my 3D anchor stl file a little thicker. Nothing complicated at all! The guy that was working on this file is really swamped with work and cannot complete this edit. This job should literally take less than 30 minutes if you know what you are doing. On the attached picture it shows that I need to make specific parts of the anchor a little thicker to meet the minimum supported wire thickness of .8mm. Here's what the email I recieved from shapeways said: "Here is why we cannot print your model: The minimum thickness for free/supporting wires > 1.0mm and supported wires > 0.8mm for this material. Please thicken the wires of the model." I have specified what needs to be done on the picture attached. Please message me if you need clarification. If you know what you are doing and have worked with stl. files and understand the thickness minimum that shapeways requires for 3d printing then this should be a no-brainer.
Ring design with branches and bramble
We are looking for a ring that will eventually be printed in sterling, featuring bare branches. Ring band needs to resemble a branch (or branches), and the top of the ring needs branches wrapping about it. Inside this ring we'll be adding an element later, so we need a pocket underneath the branches that will fit an item that is approx 5mmx20mm. The design sketch shows a bit of a lip to the pocket from the side view, this will help keep the item in place. Once the design is approved, we'll need it in US sizes 5-13.
