The coins vary some in shape do the the machine pressing the penny. The width is pretty standard about 20.0 mm. The length can vary by a lot depending on the length of the tail end of the penny (thee bottom section of the penny) 34 to 38mm. The pendant is pliable so it will adjust for the size differences but the bottom section has an internal cavity to insure there is room for pennies with longer tails. Yes...the penny can be popped in and out as needed. We just need the external model. The cast model will be recreated by our factory. Just the external model is needed. I will add more images with dimensions of our standard pendant so you have them as a reference. The shark pendant can be slightly bigger to accommodate for the shark head design. Thanks, Albert

I have started to design the model but i need one thing: the diameter of the coin.
Also i would like to know if the coin can be pulled out from the model. i also want to know if you need just the model or the entire injection(casting model).
