Gnome needed for Garden Device

I have been working on a product that requires 3d design of a skull and butterfly that will be CNC machined, which will require the STEP file format. The skull and butterfly will be housed in a metal and glass bottle. I would also like to have the design for the other component reviewed and recommended changes be made to accommodate the skull.
