Our current design is 2 piece with a flat bottom mat and the puck cage attaching on top by 3 hooks/barbs. This assembly is acceptable, but slow. We would like the assembly of the cage and puck to be fast, so minimizing any assembly is ideal. Attached is a single piece concept reference attached as "Concept Reference 1".
Lastly, we are looking to make a visually appealing, interesting design that will be unique in the category.
Must fit urinal puck with cylinder dimensions 6 cm diameter x 6 cm height.
Maximum 2 piece construction/assembly (not including urinal puck).
Include a 2 cm x 2 cm flat, solid space for brand to be printed/stamped on object at manufacture.
Please use lime-green [#32CD32, rgb(50,205,50)] for the 3D object colour.
STEP or STL files required with each entry or update.

Any chance you can share what plastic type you would like to fabricate the finished product with?
Thank you

The pucks will disintegrate over 30 days. Currently, the cage and mat are disposed of when a new puck is needed. Our experience is that customers in this industry are unwilling, for employee sanitary or employer health and safety reasons, to refill a urinal puck cage. While OUR puck is organic and not harmful, many urinal pucks contain para-dichlorobenzene, which is harmful. We plan to use a compostable poly resin that will break down in under 120 days so there is not micro plastics in landfills or oceans. So, please assume single-use. Thanks!

I have re-examined my current cage and puck. The Puck is 6 cm diameter x 4 cm height. My current cage height is 6 cm. I believe the additional vertical space in the cage is to prevent splash back from the top of the puck. Thanks for questioning the figures. I will post additional photos that include my actual current cage, mat and puck.
