This was a good task. Yes we can design that for you. Before that i would like to ask you few questions.
1. Are you looking only CAD model in 3D, or do you want the 2D drawing as well.
2. If you are looking for CAD model, is it sufficient if we could give the model, by our own dimensions.

The rotor diameter/length needs to be calculated in proportion to the rest of the body, the measurement I have stated is wrong.

Ducted fan design and calculations
I am looking for an aerospace engineer to design a ducted fan for a personal aircraft. It is preferable that the engineer have previous experience with the design of fans or propellers before. The engine specs, such as horsepower and rpm are already known.
I am expecting a 3D model of the fan blades along with the forces exerted on the propeller so that I could build the blades accordingly. I will construct the fan blades out of carbon fiber.
It is also preferable if the Engineer could design the molds that the fan blades will be made from.
