Description:
I bought a new apartment in Paris, 2 bedroom with 60sqm.We'd like to get proposals on how to organize the space, and for interior design.
We don't have a preference for the software. One of our question is whether we should move the Kitchen inside the living room, or perhaps switch it with the bathroom. That way we could also use the corridor space to have a bigger master bedroom.
In terms of style, we're open to various styles. Maybe industrial, or vintage, or else.
Ceiling height is 2.45meter
Wants:
We're open to creativity. Our goal is to better visualize ourselves in the space and be able to get a clearer direction into what we can ask workers for the renovation. We like being able to get the kitchen closer to the living room but we also want to get enough space for a table / sofa for hanging out and hosting dinners.
Don't Wants:
Not really fond of scandinavian that's in too many apartments now.

On what floor is the apartment?
(because, if the apartment is not on the ground floor, then it is quite difficult to move the toilet).

To answer the last comment, and it was an important information I should have added from the start, the load bearing walls are the one between Sejour and Salle de bain (2m) and the one between WC and Chambre 1 (also 2m)
But the one between the corridor and bedroom it is ok to remove.
For previous questions about furniture style, we like vintage or industrial, japanese-like minimal design with wood, white, but with a bit of color (for example for the sofa).

3D Interior render - long term partnership
Hi,
We are looking for low budget 3D artist impressions (3D renders). Our clients are homeowners who want to sell their house.
Sometimes their house is empty or old fashioned, so the room needs “virtual renovation” (A 3D render of the room how it could be). So we are mostly looking for interior renders and sometimes exterior. This is what we EXACTLY are looking for (page 3 you can see the input we provide and the output we expect from you):

I have attached some examples of what kind of work we expect. These are examples of our competitors here in the Netherlands and examples of a current supplier.

However, we are looking (in comparison of Siam Architecture):
- Better quality interior views for lower cost, or;
- Better quality for same cost, or;
- Same quality for lower cost.
I have attached the price list of SIAM so you can think about doing us a better offer. We are NOT looking for photorealistic renders of 200$.
If you could send us a more information about your prices, work quality (before and after examples) and average time delivery, that would be great.
Most of the time it is only 1 render view of a room. So we send a photo/floorplan and you make something of it. So you don't need to create the whole room in 3D. Only the render in the picture (see examples)
We are a growing (international) company and are looking for a long term partner. For now, we don’t have a project for you. After we found a partner we are implementing it on our website and let our clients know (approx, 1 month). After that you will get first project and more projects as we grow and expand.
