Creative Floor plan for bungalow remodel / 2nd storey addition

;m sure it has some load bearing walls supporting the second floor. Can you supply an existing floor plan layout ? Is there any preferred area in this blank plan that you want the rooms placed (based on views or convince sake) Also your request for a design are too extensive for the prize you offer. It is after all a two story house which needs very careful placement of rooms, especially bath rooms where plumbing must be accessible to drainage. Please consider increasing the prize to a much larger amount. It would be easy for me to spend 100 hours for a quality design needed for your wish list. You will get what you pay for in the end.
