Yes I suggested you for HDPE film for making 1000mm x 1200mm top cover with blister pack machine. It’s absolutely reusable multiple times. If you want to use top cover till 10 years than you need to make 3-5mm thicken plastic crates. Thank you

Hi PARVINDER SINGH
Thank you for your requst.
The glass containers which might be palletized can have may very different designs. Mostly bottles, and thereform many different shapes, but as well jars or drinking glasses.
For sure, the load per pallet is consistent one type only. There will never be a mix of glass containers on a pallet! For details please see as well the pictures at the specification, which is at the project-attachments.
The pallet itself has standard-dimensions 1.000 mm x 1.200 mm.
In case for further questions, please let me know.
Greetings .:)

Hello Manuel Rosso
Thank you for being interested!
Yesterday I uploaded two patents to the attachments for more details.
As mentioned at the uploaded specification "Until now the TOP CAP which is used almost only is made from cardboard."
The TOP CAP used by now, can be seen at the first two pictures at the uploaded specification.
If you have more Questions, please let me know.
Greetings :)

Hello anshul
Thank you for providing your idea.
As the market provids a huge variety of different glass containers, you would end up with an endless number of blister-packagings.
Huge storage and the logistic work would be tramendous! Therefore, not a preferred approach.
We would like to find a sustainble "one TOP CAP for almost all" solution.
Greetings :)

I am interested in your request. I did some search and I could not find any precedent or product in the market. I would like to know same products already in the market and/or patents

Hello cartonplast team! I think we can use blister pack machine for this work. You need to load a film roll one side and other side you will get your carton size blister strip as you want. You have to make some dies accordingly bottles pallets sizes. You can think about it. Thank you

Hi Cartonplast. Would it be possible to share a link with some examples of what already exists? It will help understand your request a bit better.

Hi siddhartd
Many thanks for your request.
I personally do not have any experience using Blender. What we looking for is to receive the graphical representation. If there is a format, like a e-drawing, what allows us to get the "pictures" and to understand the concept behind, fine with me if you use .blend or .stl format as well.
Greetings :)
