Description:
We need a CAD model that includes the best method to securely attach rubber tubes (5mm thick) to EXISTING plastic inserts, preventing detachment under tension while allowing easy replacement when needed.

Use current insert and connect it to rubber tube.
See insert cad, with other images and current connection idea on drive.

Wants:
Easiness of manufacturing
Easiness of use
Ability to create durable solution
Using existing parts for example pins etc
Proving that under tension it will not come out
Don't Wants:
Helicopter engine
Too complicated cad
Additional Information
Rubber gets stretched during workout so it is important new ideas not to cause tears in rubber.

New pin or connection design should be easy to exchange, lets say if you have created a pin, it should have space for nails to take it out from insert.

Hi! Would you please provide more context? What about constraints? Is clamping of the tubes allowed? Should the plastic insert position be adjustable past the blocking position if needed? Thanks

Stackable dresser
I have provided a basic design of a piece of furniture that I would like to provide to a CNC fabricator to be cut out for assembly. I need my Powerpoint sketches turned into a 3D design and the component pieces layed out for cutting on the two pieces of plywood to be used. This design will be sent to the CNC fabricator for cutting.
4 simple CAD 3D print ready items required (drawing supplied) - ongoing work
We have 4 items that we can knock up in sketch up in about an hour. However, sketch up doesn't handle recesses or chamfer very well. We are looking for these 4 items (2 are incredibly simple) to be made print ready for us to print, test and revise.
3D CAD Revision Of Skull & Snake
I need a simple revision of this design. It was created in SolidWorks but I guess it can be revised in any 3D CAD software as long as the file is saved .STEP. A mold will be made from this in a CNC Milling Machine but as it is now can't be made because there is a space between the snakes body and the top of the skull. The body of the snake has to move down. See attachment 2 for exact position. You can download the original STEP file to work on. It is the first attachment but might take a few minutes as it is a large file.
Hydroplane Challenge
I have made a prototype of the attached drawings but the gears didn't have enough torque and the wheels slipped on wet floors. I made the following changes to the prototype I built: 1. I duplicated the front Wheels (Part #23) to replace the back wheels (Part #3) 2. I duplicated the Roller GearWheel V2 (Part#9) to make the back wheels work the same as the front wheels 3. I duplicated the Reducing Gear (Part #24) to connect the new back wheels to the gear mechanisms The gear torque works great now but the 4 wheels still don't have enough surface contact to stop slipping on the wet floor. I believe all 4 wheels need to be wider to have more surface contact to stop them from slipping (hydroplaning). Challenge: I need the wheels to (#23) to be as wide as possible and change as LITTLE as possible to the rest of the parts and avoid extra costs. I am pretty sure I will need to re-print the Reducing Gear (#24) to make the wider wheels work with them. If I have to adjust the holes on the Plate (#7), I would like to do it with a drill instead of reprinting them. I am hoping there will not be any changes needed to Roller GearWheel V2 (#9)
