Converting 2D house design to 3D

We want a freelance designer to create a professional title page for our company. Our old title page doesn't look very good; please refer to "Peerless Old Title Page.pdf" file (please ignore drawing details). See this screencast for notes: http://bit.ly/Y7Ntwa We need the drawings produced (in imperial/metric) with these dimensions: 8"x11" (also need in metric) 11"x17" (also need in metric) 36"x24" (also need in metric) Our logo should be included on the title block. Please see the file attachments for work details and let us if you have any questions. There is a lot more upcoming work that we may ask the best contrator to help out with in the near future. Note: Ideally, the CAD software should be Chief Architect or in an AutoCAD format that can be imported into our software.

one page 8 1/2" x 11", currently hand drawn, community is asking for one done on "Autocad".

I have 2 hand drawn plans of my property that need to be converted to CAD format (DWG) as well as PDF. These are approved development plans which now need to be used to show amendments for review. I have both A4 and A3 scans available of the plans. Coloured sections on plans were used for previous approved amendments that have been completed and need to be incorporated into the CAD plan.

I have to submit drawings to city council ASAP for change of use of commercial property. The shop was used to be bakery. I want shop to be a retail shop. I need to fill planning permit along with 2 sets of drawings to council. 1) Old floor Plan. 2) New floor Plan.
