Payoneer as Option to payment

Pls I would like to suggest to Cad crowd to  allow the use of Payoneer as an option for countries that can't fully access PayPal

thank you so much for your suggestion I also requested please add Payoneer because not all country have full access of PayPal so please add Payoneer 2 as an optional

Just as a note, Payoneer is a payout option if PayPal isn't currently supported in your country.
