I’ve never priced a townhome project before. Any idea on what pay scale to use. Say 20 - 1800 sqft units that needs civil, (site, drainage, utilities) and full set of plans for townhomes (2 rows of 9), 3 levels. I charge $1/psf for a single residential set of plans, but since more designs are redundant there’s a lot of copy/paste and modifications vs having 20 different floor plan sets. And $36K seems way too high. Any and all suggestions are appreciated.
