Hello, I am a new designer here on CadCrowd, and have recently (yesterday as a matter of fact!) started on a project with a client. I am having trouble logging hours using the cadcrowd app, as every time a screenshot is taken, I get the error message "the capture date must be a date in the past". I can see no work is being logged for my current project. I am attaching a picture for reference. Any advice would be helpful, as I am a bit lost on this. I see no way to set the date for the timer app, and can find no mention of this in the forums or the help site.

Hi Nikos,

Just sent you an email and reposting it in case anyone has this issue.

Please note that your "current session" shows timesheet updates in 10-minute intervals if your time is recorded accurately (image below).

Our developer checked into it and said the following:

Please ask the user to check their system clock. The watch must be fast and the tracker app sends a future time to the server. Or the selected timezone is incorrect.
You can resolve the timezone discrepancy with these steps

If anyone else has this issue, please reply to the thread or send a message from my Cad Crowd profile.

Thanks!

Yes this was resolved in the support email, thank you again for the quick reply! For me what was needed was anually synching my system's clock, as detailed in the above link. Time and screenshots have been logging properly since.
