Subject: Concern Regarding Finalist Badge Removal and Rank Drop

Dear Cad Crowd Support Team,

I recently noticed some unexpected changes to my profile. Previously, I had a finalist badge displayed, and my global rank was between 600-700. However, my finalist badge has been removed, and my rank has now dropped to 906.

I also checked other profiles that I had seen earlier, and their badges and rankings remain unchanged. This has left me confused about why my profile has been affected.

Could you please look into this and clarify the reason for these changes? If this was due to a system update or any specific contest-related issue, I would appreciate your guidance on how to resolve it.

Hey Sagar,

Let me know what contest you're referring to. Did the contest end before your drop in score?

Your score might change if your score if you were nominated as a finalist before a contest ended and then removed by the client as a finalist before a contest's evaluation period (2-week period) ends.

Thank you for your response. The contest I am referring to is "Design Innovative Wooden Furniture for Kids: Practical, Unique, and Problem-Solving."

After the contest ended, my profile initially showed "Contest End – Client Selecting Winners," and I was listed as a finalist. However, after some time, the contest status changed to "Closed – Winner Not Selected." Later, the status reverted to "Contest End – Client Selecting Winners," but my finalist badge was removed, and my global ranking dropped.

I don’t have any issue if the finalist selection was changed by the buyer. However, based on the timing, it seems unlikely that the buyer was online when all of this happened. That’s why I believe this might not be a manual change but rather a system issue.

Could you please clarify if this status fluctuation caused my profile to lose the finalist badge and ranking points? If so, is there any way to restore it?

I appreciate your help in resolving this issue.
