Our platform offers several privacy settings for your contest visibility and has SSL/TSL encryption:
- Public contests: Public contests are visible to website visitors without creating an account on Cad Crowd. The visitors can view your contest description/design entries and cannot download any files you attach to the contest. A public contest is a great option if you want high contest visibility and maximum participation.
- Private contests: Only registered community members can view private contests on Cad Crowd.
- Invite-only contests: Only invited designers can view invite-only contests. This is not recommended unless you have a highly confidential contest and a large budget, since invite-only must motivate a smaller group of designers to participate (learn how to post an invite-only contest).
Note: If you need the highest level of confidentiality, we recommend our private project service that matches you with a vetted designer based on the scope of your work.
