Close hourly job contracts

The final step in your job contract is to finish the agreement with your expert and provide a performance review. This review is essential for other clients on Cad Crowd since it allows them to see an honest evaluation of an expert’s work. Please take the time to provide this feedback.

Tips on closing a job

Before closing your job contract, it is essential to be aware of a few key points:

  • Timesheets lock: Our platform automatically locks the expert’s Work Journal, and the expert cannot log additional work hours on your job.
  • Billing: You will be charged for the timesheet hours recorded before closing the contract. If needed, you can raise objections during the weekly payment cycle review process if you disagree with the expert’s billable time.
  • Review work: Both you and the expert can post a review. Our platform uses a double-blind review approach, so you’ll only see your review after posting one for the expert (and vice-versa).
  • Refunds: The expert can authorize a refund for any work after your job contract has ended within 180-days.
