We may temporarily suspend your job contracts if your credit card expires to maintain compliance with our Billing security policy. We will send you an email reminder when your credit card is about to expire. Your job contracts will be reactivated when you add a new payment method or choose another primary payment option.
Options to reactivate your job contract payments:
- Payment method: Visit your Billing & payments page > choose another primary payment method for your account
- Update expired card: To update an expired credit card, you need to delete the expired card and re-add the updated card as a new credit card
- Add credit card: You can add a new credit card to replace your expired credit card
- Add bank account: You can add a bank account for payments
- Add PayPal account: You can add a PayPal account for payments
