Do you want to interview an expert before you make a hire? You can use Zoom to start video and voice calls with an expert on the platform. You can call directly from your inbox and don’t need to make a Zoom account.
Steps to start a call
- Select the expert you want to call from your Jobs list or click the expert’s message in your inbox
- Click the 📞 icon at the top of your chat (see below)
- Calls use your browser or open Zoom’s app (if installed on your device)
- If an expert invites you to join a call, you can open the call from your inbox or check your email for a link. You can share the call link to invite co-workers to join.
- The Zoom app only uses the call function. You can use your inbox to chat and send files.
