If you are unable to download design files, it’s usually due to one of the following issues:
- Payment pending: Your contest hasn’t been prepaid, you will need to make a payment before you can download the designer file entries.
- Login to account: Please make sure that you log in to your account, otherwise you won’t be able to download any of the design contest entries.
